بررسی اثربخشی مصاحبه انگیزشی بر اضطراب آشکار و پنهان و نشانههای افسردگی در زنان هموابستهی دارای همسر معتاد

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مصاحبه انگیزشی بر اضطراب آشکار و پنهان و نشانههای افسردگی در زنان هموابستهی دارای همسر معتاد بود.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی از نوع روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش عبارت بود از زنان هم وابستهی دارای همسر معتاد شهر تهران که در 3 ماهه نخست سال 1403 به مراکز گروههای خودیاری مراجعه کردهاند و طی یک مصاحبه اولیه از لحاظ برخورداری شرایط ورود به نمونه آماری مورد گزینش قرار گرفته اند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر عبارت است از 30 نفر که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و تقسیم آنها به دو گروه 15 نفری بر مبنای گزینش تصادفی بود. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای اضطراب حالت و صفت اشپیل برگر و همکاران (1983)، افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه هموابستگی دیر و رابرت (2000) استفاده شده است. دادهها از طریق تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادههای مربوط به پژوهش نشانداد که درمان مبتنی بر مصاحبه انگیزشی بر کاهش سطح اضطراب آشکار و پنهان در زنان هموابستهی دارای همسر معتاد به میزان 51/0 واحد تاثیر داشت (01/0>p). همچنین، درمان مبتنی بر مصاحبه انگیزشی بر کاهش سطح نشانههای افسردگی در زنان هموابستهی دارای همسر معتاد به میزان 26/0 واحد تاثیر داشت (01/0>p). نهایتا، درمان مبتنی بر مصاحبه انگیزشی بر کاهش سطح اضطراب آشکار و پنهان و نشانههای افسردگی در زنان هموابستهی دارای همسر معتاد به میزان 71/0 واحد تاثیر داشت (01/0>p).
نتیجه گیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد مصاحبه انگیزشی بر کاهش اضطراب آشکار و پنهان و نشانههای افسردگی در زنان هموابسته دارای همسر معتاد تأثیر معناداری دارد. این مداخله میتواند به عنوان رویکردی کارآمد در بهبود سلامت روانی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی این گروه محسوب شود و پیامدهای مفیدی داشته باشد.
