اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر پریشانی روانی و تنظیم هیجانی افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر پریشانی روانی و تنظیم هیجانی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی شهر تهران در سال 1402 انجام شد.
مواد و روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون -پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها، 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش با استفاده از طرحواره درمانی، 12 جلسه 60 دقیقهای تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار ماندند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه شخصیت مرزی (کلاریج و بروکز، 1984)، پریشانی روانی (کسلر، 2002) و تنظیم هیجانی (گارنفسکی و کرایج، 2006) بودند.
یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از اجرای پرسشنامه در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد آموزش طرحواره درمانی بر مولفههای پریشانی روانی (اضطراب، افسردگی و تنیدگی) افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی تاثیر دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که طرحواره درمانی باعث کاهش تنظیم هیجانی منفی و افزایش تنظیم هیجانی مثبت در افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی شد.
نتیجهگیری: منطبق با یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان طرحواره درمانی را به عنوان یک روش کارآ جهت بهبود پریشانی روانی و تنظیم هیجانی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی پیشنهاد داد.
