بررسی نقش میانجی خوشبینی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در رابطه میان اضطراب کرونا و سلامت روان

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطه اضطراب کرونا و سلامت روان با میانجیگری خوشبینی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کمی و روش تحقیق در این پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، افراد 18 تا ۶۰ساله ساکن در شهر اصفهان در سال 1400 بودند که از این میان، تعداد 384 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای اضطراب کروناویروس (CDAS)، نسخه تجدیدنظر شده آزمون جهتگیری زندگی (LOT – R) (خوشبینی) شییر و کارور، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ) و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل (نسخه دوم) جمعآوری شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه گامبهگام و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بیانگر آن بود که اضطراب کرونا دارای ضریب رگرسیونی معنادار در پیشبینی سلامت روان است، همچنین اضطراب کرونا با میانجیگری انعطافپذیری روانشناختی توانست سلامت روان را به شکل معناداری بهصورت غیرمستقیم پیشبینی کند. در نهایت اضطراب کرونا با اثرگذاری مستقیم بر انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و اثرگذاری غیرمستقیم بر خوشبینی با میانجیگری انعطافپذیری روانشناختی توانست سلامت روان را به طور معناداری پیشبینی کند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر میتواند در حوزة سلامت روان به پژوهشگران، سیاستگذاران و درمانگران جهت حمایتهای روانی اجتماعی در دوران همهگیری کرونا یاری رساند.
