تاثیر آموزش سرزندگی تحصیلی بر غفلت آموزشی و هیجانهای تحصیلی مثبت و منفی دانشآموزان

زمینه و هدف: عواملی مانند غفلت آموزشی و هیجانهای تحصیلی نقش مهمی در وضعیت تحصیلی دانشآموزان دارند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر آموزش سرزندگی تحصیلی بر غفلت آموزشی و هیجانهای تحصیلی مثبت و منفی دانشآموزان انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشآموزان دختر پایه ششم ناحیه1 سنندج در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 بودند. نمونه این مطالعه، 50 نفر بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه 50 دقیقهای تحت آموزش سرزندگی تحصیلی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار برای آموزش ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل خردهمقیاس غفلت آموزشی در پرسشنامه سوءرفتار و غفلت آموزشی (نوعپرور قرهباغ و زینالی، 1398) و پرسشنامه هیجانهای تحصیلی (پکران و همکاران، 2002) بودند. دادههای این مطالعه با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS-26 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش سرزندگی تحصیلی باعث کاهش غفلت آموزشی و هیجانهای تحصیلی منفی و افزایش هیجانهای تحصیلی مثبت دانشآموزان شد (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به تاثیر آموزش سرزندگی تحصیلی بر غفلت آموزشی و هیجانهای تحصیلی مثبت و منفی دانشآموزان، مشاوران و روانشناسان جهت بهبود ویژگیهای تحصیلی میتوانند از روش مذکور استفاده نمایند.
