اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای شایستگی شناختی-اجتماعی بر عاطفه مثبت و کارکردهای اجرایی نوجوانان

زمینه و هدف: کارکردهای اجرایی و عاطفه مثبت دو جنبه مهم از رشد روانی-اجتماعی نوجوانان هستند که تأثیرات مهمی بر بهزیستی و موفقیتهای تحصیلی و اجتماعی آنها دارند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای شایستگی شناختی-اجتماعی بر عاطفه مثبت و کارکردهای اجرایی نوجوانان انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترلشده بود که شامل 40 نوجوان (22 پسر و 18 دختر) در منطقه 11 شهر تهران بود. شرکتکنندگان به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش ده جلسه 75 دقیقهای آموزش مهارتهای شایستگی شناختی-اجتماعی دریافت کردند. دادهها در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه جمعآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای شایستگی شناختی-اجتماعی به طور معناداری باعث بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی (F = 46.27, p < .001) و افزایش عاطفه مثبت (F = 56.18, p < .001) در گروه آزمایش شد. میانگین نمرات کارکردهای اجرایی در گروه آزمایش از 30.25 در پیشآزمون به 42.68 در پسآزمون و 41.87 در مرحله پیگیری افزایش یافت. میانگین نمرات عاطفه مثبت نیز از 22.45 در پیشآزمون به 34.89 در پسآزمون و 33.97 در مرحله پیگیری افزایش یافت.
نتیجهگیری: آموزش مهارتهای شایستگی شناختی-اجتماعی میتواند به طور معناداری باعث بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی و افزایش عاطفه مثبت در نوجوانان شود. این نتایج اهمیت اجرای برنامههای آموزشی مشابه در مدارس و مراکز مشاوره را برای بهبود بهزیستی روانی و اجتماعی نوجوانان نشان میدهد.
