اثربخشی بسته آموزشی ارتقای سبک زندگی سالم مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی و اسلامی بر کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی ارتقای سبک زندگی سالم مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی و اسلامی بر کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت انجام شد.
روششناسی: این پژوهش به صورت نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران دیابتی مراجعهکننده به یکی از مراکز رواندرمانی در منطقه 5 شهر تهران بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر بود که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند (15 نفر گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر گروه کنترل). ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه تبعیت از درمان بیماران دیابتی و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO-QOL-BREF) بود. بسته آموزشی شامل 10 جلسه با موضوعات تغذیه سالم، فعالیت بدنی، مدیریت استرس، مراقبتهای پزشکی، آموزههای دینی، و روابط خانوادگی و اجتماعی بود.
یافتهها: یافتههای توصیفی نشان داد که گروه آزمایش در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری بهبود محسوسی در نمرات کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت از درمان داشتند، در حالی که گروه کنترل تغییرات محسوسی را نشان نداد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد که بسته آموزشی به طور معنیداری بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت اثربخش بوده است (p<0.000).
نتیجهگیری: بسته آموزشی ارتقای سبک زندگی سالم مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی و اسلامی توانست کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت را بهبود بخشد. این نتایج نشان میدهد که استفاده از برنامههای آموزشی متناسب با فرهنگ و ارزشهای بومی میتواند نقش مؤثری در مدیریت بهتر بیماریهای مزمن مانند دیابت ایفا کند. توصیه میشود که سیاستگذاران حوزه سلامت از این بستههای آموزشی برای ارتقای سلامت بیماران دیابتی استفاده کنند.
