نقش تعدیلگر ورزشهای الکترونیکی بر رابطه علی ناگویی هیجانی و تنهایی اجتماعی در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه مورد مطالعه (خراسان رضوی)

زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر ناگویی هیجانی بر تنهایی اجتماعی در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه با نقش تعدیلگر ورزشهای الکترونیکی و ارائه مدل میباشد.
روش و مواد: این تحقیق از لحاظ استراتژی توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده و از لحاظ شکل فرضیات بهصورت علی میباشد. جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای استاندارد ارائهشده در تحقیقات معتبر خارجی و داخلی شامل مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو، مقیاس تنهایی اجتماعی لی و هیون، و مقیاس ورزشهای الکترونیکی استفاده شد. همچنین بهمنظور بررسی روایی سازه پرسشنامهها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول و دوم استفاده شد. پایایی درونی سؤالات پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شد و در این تحقیق همانطور که مشاهده میشود این ضریب بالای 0.7 بوده که نشان از پایایی قابلقبول پرسشنامهها دارد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی دانشآموزان پسر ناحیه 2 آموزشوپرورش شهر مشهد میباشد. بهمنظور بررسی تجربی و کاربردی تحقیق، نمونه 400 نفری از دانشآموزان پسر انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق در بخش آمار توصیفی و بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرهای تحقیق از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 25 و در بخش معادلات ساختاری از نرمافزار Smart PLS نسخه 3 بهمنظور طراحی مدل تحقیق استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد ناگویی هیجانی بر تنهایی اجتماعی، تفکر برونمدار بر تنهایی اجتماعی، و دشواری در توصیف احساسات بر تنهایی اجتماعی تأثیر میگذارد. همچنین یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد ورزشهای الکترونیک در رابطه علی ناگویی هیجانی و تنهایی اجتماعی اثر تعدیلی ندارد. طبق نتایج مشخص شد مقدار برازش SRMR برابر با 0.078 که در سطح معناداری 0.05 پایینتر از مقدار 0.08 است. بنابراین مدل ساختاری تحقیق از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است.
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه تأیید میکند که ناگویی هیجانی تأثیر قابلتوجهی بر تنهایی اجتماعی در میان دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دارد. با این حال، ورزشهای الکترونیکی این رابطه را تعدیل نمیکنند. این یافتهها نشان میدهد که افزایش مهارتهای آگاهی و بیان هیجانی میتواند تنهایی اجتماعی در دانشآموزان را کاهش دهد.
