مدل ساختاری پیشبینی گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان بر اساس طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه با میانجیگری شفقت به خود

زمینه و هدف: امروزه، گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان افزایش یافته است و به نظر میرسد که طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و شفقت به خود در آن نقش داشته باشند. در نتیجه، این پژوهش با هدف تبیین مدل ساختاری پیشبینی گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان بر اساس طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه با میانجیگری شفقت به خود انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش همه دانشآموزان دختر و پسر مقطع متوسطه اول شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر 391 دانشآموز بود که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان (سانسون و همکاران، 1998)، پرسشنامه طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه (یانگ، 1999) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس شفقت به خود (ریس و همکاران، 2011) بودند. دادههای این پژوهش با روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای AMOS و SPSS نسخه 25 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد که مدل ساختاری پیشبینی گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان بر اساس طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه با میانجیگری شفقت به خود برازش مناسبی داشت. همچنین، اثر مستقیم طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه بر شفقت به خود، اثر مستقیم طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه بر رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان و اثر مستقیم شفقت به خود بر گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان معنیدار بود (001/0P<). افزون بر آن، اثر غیرمستقیم طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه با میانجیگری شفقت به خود بر گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در آنان معنیدار بود (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج این مطالعه، برای کاهش گرایش به رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان میتوان از طریق کارگاههای آموزشی میزان طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه آنها را کاهش و میزان شفقت به خود آنان را افزایش داد.
