اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر کمال گرایی و استرس انتظارات تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر کمال گرایی و استرس انتظارات تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم انجام شد. روششناسی: این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسط دوم شهرستان تنکابن در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بودند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر 30 نفر از افراد جامعه بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی تری-شورت و همکاران (1995) و پرسشنامه استرس انتظارات تحصیلی انگ و هوان (2006) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (مانکووا) و تک متغیره (آنکووا در متن مانکووا) استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت آماری معنی داری در پس ازمون دو گروه ازمایش و کنترل از نظر میانگین نمرات متغیرهای کمال گرایی مثبت، کمال گرایی منفی و استرس انتظارات تحصیلی دارد (001/0>P). نتیجهگیری: به این صورت که طرحواره درمانی سبب افزایش کمال گرایی مثبت و کاهش کمال گرایی منفی و استرس انتظارات تحصیلی دانش آموزان شد.
