رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با شادکامی با نقش واسطهای عملکرد خانواده

هدف: شادکامی یکی از متغیرهای برگرفته از روانشناسی مثبتنگر است که نقش موثری در بهبود بسیاری از ویژگیهای روانشناختی دارد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با شادکامی با نقش واسطهای عملکرد خانواده انجام شد.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بود. جامعه پژوهش همه پرستاران متأهل بیمارستانهای شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1399 بودند. حجم نمونه 75 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که این تعداد با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این مطالعه شامل پرسشنامههای سرمایه روانشناختی (لوتانز و همکاران، 2007)، شادکامی آکسفورد (آرگایل و لو، 1990) و سنجش عملکرد خانواده مکمستر (اپستاین و همکاران، 1983) بودند. دادههای پژوهش حاضر با روشهای ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل همزمان در نرمافزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه روانشناختی شامل امیدواری، تابآوری، خوشبینی و خودکارآمدی با شادکامی و عملکرد خانواده در پرستاران رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشتند (05/0P<). همچنین، سرمایه روانشناختی نقش موثری در پیشبینی شادکامی و عملکرد خانواده در پرستاران نداشت (05/0P>)، اما توانست نقش موثری در پیشبینی ترکیب شادکامی و عملکرد خانواده آنان داشته باشد (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، ارتقای سرمایه روانشناختی از طریق کارگاههای آموزشی نقش موثری در بهبود ترکیب شادکامی و عملکرد خانواده در پرستاران دارد.
