اثربخشی پروتکل شفقت به خود ذهن‌آگاه بر اساس تجربه زیسته نوجوانان مبتلا به رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان بر تصویر بدنی و سلامت معنوی

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی پروتکل شفقت به خود ذهن‌آگاه مبتنی بر تجربه زیسته بر بهبود تصویر بدنی و سلامت معنوی در نوجوانان دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترل‌شده با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری پنج‌ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان 13 تا 17 ساله مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران بود که دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان بودند. 30 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت مداخله مبتنی بر پروتکل شفقت به خود ذهن‌آگاه قرار گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه چندبعدی تصویر بدنی و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی الیسون و پالوتزین بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرم‌افزار SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: تحلیل آماری نشان داد که اثر گروه، زمان و تعامل گروه × زمان برای متغیرهای تصویر بدنی و سلامت معنوی معنادار بود (p < 0.001). نتایج آزمون بونفرونی نیز نشان داد که در گروه آزمایش، تفاوت بین پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و نیز پیش‌آزمون و پیگیری در هر دو متغیر معنادار بوده است (p < 0.001)، در حالی که در گروه کنترل هیچ تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: پروتکل شفقت به خود ذهن‌آگاه مبتنی بر تجربه زیسته می‌تواند به‌طور معناداری موجب بهبود تصویر بدنی و ارتقاء سلامت معنوی در نوجوانان دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان شود و اثرات آن تا پنج ماه پس از مداخله نیز پایدار باقی بماند.
