رابطه انعطافپذیری شناختی و بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان ورزشکار: نقش میانجی شفقت به خود

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهای شفقت به خود در رابطه بین انعطافپذیری شناختی و بهزیستی روانشناختی در زنان ورزشکار بود. روششناسی: روش تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان ورزشکار ثبتنامشده در باشگاههای شهر بجنورد در نیمه دوم سال 1403 (n=980) بود. نمونهگیری بهصورت خوشهای انجام شد و 269 نفر انتخاب گردیدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندر وال (2010)، بهزیستی روانشناختی تنانت و همکاران (2007) و شفقت به خود رئیس و همکاران (2011) بودند. دادهها با نرمافزار AMOS نسخه 26 تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد مدل مفهومی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. انعطافپذیری شناختی تأثیر مستقیم معناداری بر شفقت به خود (β=0.296, p<0.001) و بهزیستی روانشناختی (β=0.298, p<0.001) دارد. همچنین، شفقت به خود بر بهزیستی روانشناختی اثر مستقیم معناداری دارد (β=0.112, p=0.047). نتایج تحلیل بوتاستراپ نیز حاکی از آن بود که شفقت به خود نقش میانجی بین انعطافپذیری شناختی و بهزیستی روانشناختی ایفا میکند (β=0.033, p<0.01). نتیجهگیری: پژوهش حاضر اهمیت شفقت به خود بهعنوان سازهای میانجی در ارتقاء بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان ورزشکار را نشان میدهد. افزایش انعطافپذیری شناختی میتواند از طریق بهبود شفقت به خود منجر به افزایش سلامت روان در این گروه شود. نتایج بر ضرورت طراحی مداخلات آموزشی مبتنی بر شفقت به خود برای بهبود سلامت روان زنان ورزشکار تأکید دارد.
