انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در زنان مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس: مقایسه اثربخشی درمان‌های مبتنی بر شفقت و ذهن‌آگاهی

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان‌های مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و خودشفقت بر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی زنان مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس طراحی شد. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون و سه گروه (ذهن‌آگاهی، خودشفقت و کنترل) انجام شد. ۳۶ زن مبتلا به MS به روش تصادفی ساده در سه گروه ۱۲ نفره تقسیم شدند. مداخلات شامل هشت جلسه گروهی هفتگی بود و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی با پرسشنامه دنیس و وندروال ارزیابی شد و داده‌ها با آزمون t همبسته، تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو مداخله موجب افزایش معنادار انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و زیرمقیاس‌های آن در مقایسه با پیش‌آزمون شدند (p<0.01). گروه ذهن‌آگاهی بیشترین بهبود را نشان داد، پس از آن گروه خودشفقت و در نهایت گروه کنترل قرار داشت. تفاوت‌های بین‌گروهی نیز معنادار بود و تحلیل تعقیبی محل تفاوت را تأیید کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: مداخلات مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و خودشفقت به‌طور مؤثری توانایی تغییر دیدگاه‌ها و مدیریت شناختی زنان مبتلا به MS را تقویت می‌کنند، با این تفاوت که ذهن‌آگاهی مسیر مستقیم‌تر و سریع‌تری در بهبود انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی ارائه می‌دهد. این یافته‌ها اهمیت استفاده از مداخلات روان‌شناختی نوین در کنار درمان‌های دارویی برای ارتقای کارکردهای شناختی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران MS را برجسته می‌سازد.
