پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان بر اساس اضطراب مرگ، احساس تنهایی، معنای زندگی و آرزوها

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان بر اساس اضطراب مرگ، احساس تنهایی، معنای زندگی و آرزوها انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: روش این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. 168 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به ابزارهای پژوهش شامل فرم کوتاه مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (RSPWB-SF)، مقیاس اضطراب مرگ تمپلر (TDAS)، مقیاس احساس تنهایی (LS)، پرسشنامۀ معنای زندگی (MLQ) و شاخص آرزو (AI) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استاندارد چندمتغیره و با نرم‌افزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان با اضطراب مرگ (33/0- = R)، احساس تنهایی (23/0-  = R) و آرزوهای بیرونی (35/0- = R) رابطه منفی و معنادار و با معنای زندگی (25/0 = R) و آرزوهای درونی (42/0 = R) رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (01/0 > P). همچنین، احساس تنهایی، معنای زندگی و آرزوهای درونی به طور معناداری توانستند بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی کنند. مدل پژوهش، 29 درصد واریانس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی را تبیین کرد.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های به دست آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که برای افزایش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان، توجه به دغدغه‌های وجودی آنها حائز اهمیت است.
