آینده روان درمانی: بررسی ادغام و پیامدهای هوش مصنوعی در شیوه‌های درمانی معاصر

چکیده

هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ادغام و پیامدهای هوش مصنوعی در شیوه­های درمانی معاصر انجام شده است.

روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش مروری ابتدا جستجوی مقالات انگلیسی و فارسی زبان نمایه شده در فاصله سال‌های 2015 تا 2025 در پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی معتبر ملی و بین المللی شامل SID, PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science و نیز موتور جستجوی Google Scholarبا استفاده از واژگان کلیدی روان درمانی، هوش مصنوعی، اختلالات روانی،شیوه‌های درمانی معاصر،اینترنت صورت گرفت. مقالات بازیابی و مرور شدند، سپس پیامدهای هوش مصنوعی در شیوه‌های درمانی معاصر استخراج و تحلیل گردید. در انجام این مطالعه اسنادی کلیه موارد اخلاقی شامل استناد بی­طرفانه، اصالت متون و حفظ امانتداری رعایت شده است.

یافته‌ها: این رویکرد می‌تواند شکاف موجود در استفاده از فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی در مقایسه با سلامت جسمی را پر کرده و نقش مهمی در بهبود سلامت روان ایفا کند.

نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که تحقیقات بیشتری برای ارزیابی عوامل تعدیل‌کننده و تغییرات روان درمانی با ادغام هوش مصنوعی برای کارایی بیشتر آن مورد نیاز است. لذا، بر اساس مرور انجام شده یک دستور کار تحقیقاتی آینده پیشنهاد می‌شود تا بستری برای پژوهش‌های بیشتر در جامعه ایران در این زمینه ایجاد گردد.
