مقایسه اثربخشی امید درمانی و روان‌درمانی شناختی  رفتاری بر افسردگی و اضطراب دانش‌آموزان دختر

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی امید درمانی و روان‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری بر افسردگی و اضطراب دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع اول و دوم دبیرستان شهرستان خرم‌آباد انجام شد.

روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی چندگروهی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام دانش‌آموزان دختر سال اول و دوم دبیرستان در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396، به تعداد 18875 نفر بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس گروه نمونه به دو گروه 30 نفری تقسیم شدند. پس از پیش‌آزمون، یکی از گروه‌های آزمایش در معرض 8 جلسه 1.30 ساعته امید درمانی براساس پروتکل درمانی کتاب روانشناسی امید (بهاری، 1397) و دومین گروه آزمایش در معرض 10 جلسه 1.30 ساعته درمان شناختی‌رفتاری براساس کتاب آموزش درمان شناختی‌رفتاری (قاسم‌زاده و حمیدپور، 1397) گرفتند. نهایتاً پس‌آزمون در مورد کلیه گروه‌ها اجرا شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی بک، اضطراب کتل استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره و چندمتغیره استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که امید درمانی و روان‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری بر افسردگی و اضطراب دانش‌آموزان تأثیرگذار است. همچنین مشاهده شد که اندازه اثر امید درمانی و درمان شناختی‌رفتاری بر کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب دانش‌آموزان دختر به ترتیب برابر 19، 18 درصد بود. همچنین، بین اثربخشی امید درمانی و روان‌درمانی شناختی‌رفتاری بر افسردگی و اضطراب دانش‌آموزان دختر تفاوت وجود داشت و امید درمانی نسبت به درمان شناختی‌رفتاری برکاهش افسردگی و اضطراب موثرتر بود (0.05>p).

نتیجه‌گیری، بر اساس یافته‌های پزوهش می‌توان گفت هر دو روش درمان نقش موثری در بهبود افسردگی و اضطراب دانش آموزان دختر داشته‌اند.
