اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی با تاکید بر آموزههای دینی بر تابآوری و مدیریت خشم در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری

زمینه و هدف: مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری با چالشهای فراوانی بهویژه در زمینههای تابآوری و مدیریت خشم مواجه هستند و با توجه به بافت فرهنگی و مذهبی کشور ایران به نظر میرسد که آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی با تاکید بر آموزههای دینی در این زمینه اثربخش باشد. در نتیجه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی با تاکید بر آموزههای دینی بر تابآوری و مدیریت خشم در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری مطالعه مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری منطقه 16 تهران در سال 1402 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 30 نفر بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی با تاکید بر آموزههای دینی قرار گرفت و در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس تابآوری کانور و دیویدسون (2003) و سیاهه مدیریت خشم اسپیلبرگر (1999) بود و دادههای آن با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 25 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی با تاکید بر آموزههای دینی باعث افزایش تابآوری و مدیریت خشم در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری شد (05/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج این مطالعه، برای بهبود تابآوری و مدیریت خشم میتوان از روش آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی با تاکید بر آموزههای دینی در کنار سایر روشهای آموزشی استفاده کرد.
