بررسی مبانی فلسفی هوش و تدوین آزمون هوش اداری مدیران

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مبانی فلسفی هوش و تدوین و اعتباریابی آزمون هوش اداری مدیران دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش عالی و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای تهران به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و تکنیک دلفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. دادههای کیفی با کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل مدیران دانشگاههای دولتی تهران بود که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای، 300 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه آزمون هوش اداری (سعادتی، 1403) بود. روایی سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب بررسی شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی سه عامل فلسفی شامل بینش سازمانی، رهبری و انگیزش، و تفکر خلاق را استخراج کرد. ضرایب همبستگی بین عاملها مثبت و در سطح 01/0>P معنادار بود. آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه 94/0 و برای زیرمقیاسها بالاتر از 80/0 گزارش شد. شاخص پایایی مرکب نیز در دامنه مطلوب (65/0 تا 91/0) قرار داشت که بیانگر همسانی درونی و پایایی مناسب ابزار است. نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد آزمون تدوینشده از روایی سازه و پایایی مطلوب برخوردار است و میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری معتبر برای سنجش هوش اداری مدیران در بستر آموزش عالی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این ابزار سه مؤلفه کلیدی بینش سازمانی، رهبری و انگیزش و تفکر خلاق را بهعنوان ابعاد فلسفی هوش اداری تبیین میکند.
