واکاوی زیستجهان مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به سرطان: یک پژوهش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، درک عمیق تجربه زیسته و معنابخشی مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به سرطان در بستر فرهنگی ایران با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی تفسیری بود. روششناسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری (IPA) انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۱۳ مراقب اصلی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بودند که بهصورت هدفمند از میان مراقبان بیماران بستری در بیمارستان فاطمهالزهرا در سال ۱۴۰۳ انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته عمیق گردآوری و مطابق مراحل پیشنهادی اسمیت و شاینبورن تحلیل شدند. اعتبارپذیری یافتهها با استفاده از معیارهای لینکلن و گوبا تضمین شد. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها منجر به استخراج ۱۵۲ مضمون اولیه، ۲۰ مضمون ثانویه و در نهایت ۶ مضمون برتر شد. مضامین اصلی شامل: هیجانات تجربهشده، عوامل بنیادین، عوامل حمایتی، فرایند یافتن معنا، احساس پوچی و بیمعنایی، و خودمراقبتی بودند. نتایج نشان داد تجربه مراقبت فرایندی چندبعدی و پویا است که از رنج هیجانی شدید تا رشد درونی و بازاندیشی وجودی را در بر میگیرد. نتیجهگیری: مراقبت از بیمار مبتلا به سرطان تجربهای عمیقاً هیجانی و وجودی است که نیازمند حمایتهای روانشناختی، اجتماعی و آموزشی ساختاریافته برای مراقبان میباشد. توجه به معنابخشی، حمایت اجتماعی و آموزش خودمراقبتی میتواند نقش مهمی در ارتقای سلامت روان مراقبان ایفا کند.
