اثربخشی سایکودرامای گروهی بر رضایت از زندگی، شفقت به خود و هیجانات مثبت در بیماران افسرده

زمینه و هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی سایکودرامای گروهی بر بهبود رضایت از زندگی، شفقت به خود و هیجانات مثبت در بیماران افسرده بود. با توجه به پیچیدگی افسردگی و نیاز به رویکردهای درمانی چندگانه، این پژوهش تلاش داشت شواهد تجربی در مورد اثربخشی سایکودراما به عنوان یک مداخله درمانی ارائه دهد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه از طرح کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترلشده استفاده کرد. نمونه شامل 30 بیمار افسرده بود که از یک کلینیک در تهران انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به گروه آزمایش (n=15) که تحت درمان سایکودرامای گروهی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل (n=15) که هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند، تقسیم شدند. مداخله شامل ده جلسه 75 دقیقهای بود که طی پنج ماه برگزار شد. دادهها با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد شامل مقیاس رضایت از زندگی (SWLS)، مقیاس شفقت به خود (SCS) و مقیاس هیجانات مثبت و منفی (PANAS) جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و آزمون پسآزمون بنفرونی انجام شد و از نرمافزار SPSS-27 استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در گروه آزمایش، رضایت از زندگی، شفقت به خود و هیجانات مثبت به طور معناداری بهبود یافته است. به طور مشخص، امتیاز رضایت از زندگی از میانگین 19.43 (انحراف معیار = 3.67) در پیشآزمون به 26.89 (انحراف معیار = 3.21) در پسآزمون و 25.73 (انحراف معیار = 3.45) در پیگیری افزایش یافت. امتیاز شفقت به خود از 18.24 (انحراف معیار = 2.98) به 24.13 (انحراف معیار = 2.67) در پسآزمون و 23.35 (انحراف معیار = 2.89) در پیگیری افزایش یافت. همچنین، امتیاز هیجانات مثبت از 21.57 (انحراف معیار = 3.11) به 28.74 (انحراف معیار = 3.01) در پسآزمون و 27.89 (انحراف معیار = 3.19) در پیگیری افزایش یافت. نتایج ANOVA تأثیرات معناداری برای گروه، زمان و تعامل بین گروه و زمان را تأیید کرد (p < 0.001).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها اثربخشی سایکودرامای گروهی در افزایش رضایت از زندگی، شفقت به خود و هیجانات مثبت در بیماران افسرده را تایید میکند. این بهبودها در طول دوره پنج ماهه پیگیری حفظ شد، که نشان میدهد سایکودراما میتواند یک رویکرد درمانی ارزشمند برای افسردگی باشد. پژوهشهای آینده باید اثرات بلندمدت را بررسی کرده و سایکودراما را با روشهای درمانی دیگر مقایسه کنند.
