اثربخشی روان درمانی پویشی کوتاه مدت بر حساسیت اضطرابی و علائم افسردگی در زنان دچار بیماری دیابت

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی روان درمانی پویشی کوتاه مدت بر حساسیت اضطرابی و علائم افسردگی در زنان دچار بیماری دیابت انجام شد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی (نیمه آزمایشی) و کاربردی بود که با طرح پژوهشی پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. تمامی زنان دچار بیماری دیابت مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شهید رجایی تنکابن و بیمارستان امام سجاد رامسر در نیمه اول سال 1404 بودند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر 30 نفر از افراد جامعه بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه حساسیت اضطرابی تیلور و کاکس (1998) و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1996)  بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (MANCOVA) و تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره (ANCOVA) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تفاوت میان گروه مداخله و گروه کنترل از نظر میانگین نمرات متغیرهای حساسیت اضطرابی و علائم افسردگی معنادار است (001/0>P). به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که روان درمانی پویشی کوتاه مدت سبب کاهش حساسیت اضطرابی و علائم افسردگی در زنان دچار بیماری دیابت شد.
