پیشبینی تحمل درد بر اساس سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی در بیماران سرطانی

هدف: هدف پژوهش، پیشبینی میزان تحمل درد بیماران سرطانی بر اساس سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل ۲۶۰ بیمار سرطانی مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان نمازی شیراز در سال ۱۴۰۳ بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان، ۱۵۰ نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تحمل درد سالیوان و همکاران (۱۹۹۵)، پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (۱۹۸۲) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شرر و همکاران (۱۹۸۲) بود. دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه) تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین سلامت معنوی و تحمل درد رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (r=0.285، p=0.001). همچنین سلامت وجودی با تحمل درد رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشت (r=0.376، p=0.001). رابطه خودکارآمدی و تحمل درد نیز مثبت و معنادار بود (r=0.483، p=0.001). در رگرسیون همزمان، سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی توانستند ۳۶ درصد از واریانس تحمل درد را تبیین کنند (R²=0.36). سلامت معنوی (β=0.328، p=0.001) و خودکارآمدی (β=0.365، p=0.001) هر دو پیشبینیکننده مثبت و معنادار تحمل درد بودند. همچنین در تحلیل جداگانه، سلامت معنوی ۲۰ درصد و خودکارآمدی ۲۳ درصد از واریانس تحمل درد را بهطور مستقل تبیین کردند. نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی نقش تعیینکنندهای در افزایش تحمل درد بیماران سرطانی دارند و میتوانند در طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی و معنوی برای بهبود سازگاری بیماران با درد مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
