اثربخشی آموزش خودشفقتورزی بر حس امنیت و اهمالکاری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم

هدف: امروزه، دانشآموزان زیادی با چالشهای تحصیلی و غیرتحصیلی فراوانی مواجه هستند که از جمله میتوان به افت حس امنیت و افزایش اهمالکاری تحصیلی اشاره کرد. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی آموزش خودشفقتورزی بر حس امنیت و اهمالکاری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم بود.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر شبهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم منطقه 6 آموزشوپرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 3-1402 بودند که از میان آنها تعداد 60 نفر با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی با کمک قرعهکشی در دو گروه 30 نفری شامل گروههای آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت آموزش خودشفقتورزی قرار گرفت و در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس حس امنیت ادموندسون (1999) و مقیاس اهمالکاری تحصیلی سولومون و راثبلوم (1984) بودند و دادههای حاصل از اجرای آنها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: بر اساس یافتههای این مطالعه، بین گروههای آزمایش و کنترل از نظر هر دو متغیر حس امنیت و اهمالکاری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر، آموزش خودشفقتورزی باعث افزایش معنیداری حس امنیت و کاهش معنیدار اهمالکاری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شد (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای ذکرشده، آموزش خودشفقتورزی نقش موثری بر بهبود حس امنیت و اهمالکاری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم داشت. بنابراین، مشاوران و روانشناسان میتوانند از روش آموزش خودشفقتورزی در کنار سایر روشهای آموزشی برای افزایش حس امنیت و کاهش اهمالکاری تحصیلی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم استفاده نمایند.
