بررسی اثربخشی درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت بر کاهش ناگویی هیجانی، ناخودداری، درآمیختگی شناختی و نشانگان وسواس افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی

هدف: هدف از پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت بر کاهش ناگویی هیجانی، ناخودداری، درآمیختگی شناختی و نشانگان وسواس افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی بود.
روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و پیگیری است و جامعه آماری شامل افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی میباشد که جهت درمان طی ماههای فروردین تا آذرماه سال 1402 به کلیه مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان شناختی شهرستان بیرجند مراجعه کرده بودند. بدین منظور تعداد 40 نفر بر اساس جدول کوهن، به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایشی به مدت 11 جلسه، درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت را دریافت نمودند و گروه کنترل طی این مدت هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (TAS-20) بگبی، پارکر و تیلور (1994)، پرسشنامه ناخودداری (Y-BOCS) ییل و براون گودمن و پرایس (1986)، پرسشنامه آمیختگی شناختی گیلاندرز و همکاران (2010) و پرسشنامه مقیاس وسواس فکری عملی هاجسون و راچمن (1977) بود که به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری بر روی آزمودنیها اجرا شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت باعث کاهش ناگویی هیجانی، ناخودداری، درآمیختگی شناختی و نشانگان وسواس، در مرحله پس آزمون شده است(05/0P<) و ماندگاری اثر درمان بعد از سه ماه نیز حفظ شده است.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش میتوان گفت درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت بر ناگویی هیجانی، ناخودداری، آمیختگی شناختی و نشانگان وسواس افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی، اثرمعنی داری دارد و میتوان از این آموزش جهت کاهش و تعدیل ناگویی هیجانی، ناخودداری، درآمیختگی شناختی و نشانگان وسواس افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری عملی استفاده کرد.
