مدل‌یابی روابط ساختاری بین توانایی‌های شناختی، ارزش‌های فردی، تنظیم هیجان و اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای: آزمون میانجی‌گری جو عاطفی خانواده در دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل ساختاری اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای بر اساس توانایی‌های شناختی، ارزش‌های فردی و تنظیم هیجان با نقش میانجی جو عاطفی خانواده در دانش‌آموزان بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش کاربردی، توصیفی ـ همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲ بود. ابتدا ۴۰۰ دانش‌آموز به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و پس از پالایش داده‌ها، تحلیل نهایی بر روی ۲۲۴ نفر انجام گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای آنیوتاورن، پرسشنامه توانایی‌های شناختی نجاتی، زمینه‌یابی ارزش‌های شوارتز، مقیاس کنترل عواطف ویلیامز و همکاران و پرسشنامه جو عاطفی خانواده هیلبرن بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد توانایی‌های شناختی، ارزش‌های فردی و تنظیم هیجان به‌طور مستقیم و منفی اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای را پیش‌بینی کردند؛ به‌ترتیب β=-0.753، t=-23.268، p<0.001؛ β=-0.762، t=-23.798، p<0.001؛ و β=-0.759، t=-23.565، p<0.001. همچنین توانایی‌های شناختی، ارزش‌های فردی و تنظیم هیجان اثر مستقیم و مثبت بر جو عاطفی خانواده داشتند؛ به‌ترتیب β=0.757، β=0.754 و β=0.761، همگی در سطح p<0.001. جو عاطفی خانواده نیز اثر منفی و معناداری بر اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای داشت؛ β=-0.789، t=-24.919، p<0.001. اثرات غیرمستقیم توانایی‌های شناختی، ارزش‌های فردی و تنظیم هیجان از طریق جو عاطفی خانواده به‌ترتیب -0.597، -0.594 و -0.600 بود و همگی معنادار بودند. مقدار R² برای جو عاطفی خانواده 0.651 و برای اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای 0.674، مقدار GOF برابر 0.567، Q² برابر 0.259 و NFI برابر 0.955 به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای در دانش‌آموزان صرفاً محصول ضعف‌های فردی نیست، بلکه در شبکه‌ای از توانایی‌های شناختی، جهت‌گیری‌های ارزشی، تنظیم هیجان و کیفیت جو عاطفی خانواده شکل می‌گیرد. نقش میانجی جو عاطفی خانواده بیانگر ضرورت طراحی مداخلات خانواده‌محور در کنار برنامه‌های تقویت شناختی، ارزشی و هیجانی برای پیشگیری و کاهش اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای است.
