پیش بینی درگیری تحصیلی بر اساس نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و کمال‌گرایی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه اول شهر ملکان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی درگیری تحصیلی بر اساس نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و کمال‌گرایی تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه اول شهر ملکان انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری شامل ۲۵۰۰ دانش‌آموز دختر مقطع متوسطه اول شهر ملکان در نیمه دوم سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۱ بود. نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ۳۳۳ نفر تعیین شد و نمونه‌گیری به روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای صورت گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های درگیری تحصیلی فریدریکس و همکاران (۲۰۰۴)، نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی دسی و ریان (۲۰۰۰)، و کمال‌گرایی تحصیلی استابر و همکاران (۲۰۰۷) بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و درگیری تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (r = 0.610). همچنین، کمال‌گرایی مثبت با درگیری تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت (r = 0.418) و کمال‌گرایی منفی با درگیری تحصیلی رابطه معکوس و معناداری داشت (r = -0.271). تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که کمال‌گرایی مثبت، کمال‌گرایی منفی، و نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی به ترتیب با ضرایب بتای 0.220، -0.206 و 0.518 میزان درگیری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ارضای نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و تقویت کمال‌گرایی مثبت می‌تواند به بهبود درگیری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان کمک کند، در حالی که مدیریت کمال‌گرایی منفی می‌تواند از کاهش درگیری تحصیلی جلوگیری کند.
