روابط ساختاری ابعاد سرشتی شخصیت با نشانههای روانشناختی اختلال نشانه جسمی با میانجیگری بدتنظیمی هیجانی

زمینه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین روابط ساختاری ابعاد سرشتی شخصیت با نشانههای روانشناختی اختلال نشانه جسمی با میانجیگری بدتنظیمی هیجانی بود.
روش و مواد: در راستای این هدف، از جامعه دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰–۱۴۰۱ تعداد ۳۸۰ نفر به شیوه تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه دشواری تنظیم هیجانی، شکایت روانتنی، فرم کوتاه سیاهه نشانگان اختلال و پرسشنامه ابعاد سرشت و منش کلونینجر (TCI) نسبت به اندازهگیری متغیرها اقدام شد.
یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد عاملهای نوجویی، پاداشوابستگی و پشتکار قادرند تغییرات علایم روانشناختی را بهطور منفی و معنیدار تبیین نمایند. عامل آسیبپرهیزی و بدتنظیمی هیجانی قادرند تغییرات علایم روانشناختی را بهطور مثبت و معنیدار تبیین نمایند. پاداشوابستگی و پشتکار قادرند تغییرات بدتنظیمی هیجان را بهطور منفی و معنیدار تبیین نمایند. نوجویی و پاداشوابستگی بهطور منفی و عامل آسیبپرهیزی بهطور مثبت میتواند به واسطه بدتنظیمی هیجانی تغییرات علایم روانشناختی را تبیین نماید.
نتیجهگیری: سه متغیر سرشتی نوجویی، آسیبپرهیزی و پاداشوابستگی توانستند تغییرات نشانههای جسمی را با واسطهگری بدتنظیمی هیجانی تبیین نمایند. این یافتهها نشان میدهد که اختلال علایم جسمی از عوامل شخصیتی تأثیر میپذیرد و ناکارآمدی در تنظیم هیجان نیز این اختلال را تشدید میکند. همچنین این یافتهها نشان میدهد بدتنظیمی هیجانی متغیر مهمی در رابطه بین ابعاد سرشت و نشانههای جسمی است.
