Reward dependence and persistence negatively and significantly explain the variations in emotional dysregulation. These findings indicate that somatic symptom disorder is influenced by personality factors and that inefficiency in emotion regulation exacerbates this disorder. Additionally, these findings suggest that emotional dysregulation is a significant variable in the relationship between temperament dimensions and somatic symptoms.</span></p> <p><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;">&nbsp;تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد عامل‌های نوجویی، پاداش‌وابستگی و پشتکار قادرند تغییرات علایم روانشناختی را به‌طور منفی و معنی‌دار تبیین نمایند. عامل آسیب‌پرهیزی و بدتنظیمی هیجانی قادرند تغییرات علایم روانشناختی را به‌طور مثبت و معنی‌دار تبیین نمایند. پاداش‌وابستگی و پشتکار قادرند تغییرات بدتنظیمی هیجان را به‌طور منفی و معنی‌دار تبیین نمایند. نوجویی و پاداش‌وابستگی به‌طور منفی و عامل آسیب‌پرهیزی به‌طور مثبت می‌تواند به واسطه بدتنظیمی هیجانی تغییرات علایم روانشناختی را تبیین نماید.</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;">&nbsp;سه متغیر سرشتی نوجویی، آسیب‌پرهیزی و پاداش‌وابستگی توانستند تغییرات نشانه‌های جسمی را با واسطه‌گری بدتنظیمی هیجانی تبیین نمایند. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اختلال علایم جسمی از عوامل شخصیتی تأثیر می‌پذیرد و ناکارآمدی در تنظیم هیجان نیز این اختلال را تشدید می‌کند. همچنین این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد بدتنظیمی هیجانی متغیر مهمی در رابطه بین ابعاد سرشت و نشانه‌های جسمی است.</span></p> https://maherpub.com/index.php/pdmd/article/download/140/139
