بررسی رابطه استفاده نادرست از شبکههای اجتماعی با فرسودگی تحصیلی با نقش واسطهای تکنواسترس در دانشجویان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه استفاده نادرست از شبکههای اجتماعی با فرسودگی تحصیلی با نقش واسطهای تکنواسترس در دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز مشهد انجام شد. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز مشهد در نیمسال تحصیلی 1404.1403 بود که از میان آنان 384 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی برگن، پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو و همکاران و پرسشنامه تکنواسترس تارافدار و همکاران بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-26 تحلیل شدند و برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که استفاده نادرست از شبکههای اجتماعی با تکنواسترس (0.61=r، 0.01>P) و فرسودگی تحصیلی (0.54=r، 0.01>P) رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین تکنواسترس با فرسودگی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت (0.67=r، 0.01>P). نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که استفاده نادرست از شبکههای اجتماعی دارای اثر مستقیم بر تکنواسترس (0.63=β، 0.001>P) و فرسودگی تحصیلی (0.29=β، 0.001>P) است. علاوه بر این، تکنواسترس اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر فرسودگی تحصیلی داشت (0.52=β، 0.001>P). همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم استفاده نادرست از شبکههای اجتماعی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی از طریق تکنواسترس معنادار بود (0.33=β، 0.001>P). نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده نادرست از شبکههای اجتماعی میتواند از طریق افزایش تکنواسترس، فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان را تشدید کند. بنابراین، آموزش مهارتهای مدیریت استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی، ارتقای سواد دیجیتال و اجرای برنامههای کاهش تکنواسترس میتواند نقش مؤثری در کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان داشته باشد.
