مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت اضطراب ناشی از فرزندکنکوری با آموزشپذیرش و تعهد بر انطباقپذیری والدگری، جهتگیری والدگری و نشخوارهای والدگری مادران دارای فرزند کنکوری

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت اضطراب ناشی از فرزندکنکوری با آموزش پذیرش و تعهد بر انطباق پذیری والدگری، جهتگیری والدگری و نشخوارهای والدگری مادران دارای فرزند کنکوری انجام شد.
روششناسی: روش تحقیق آزمایشی (طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل) همراه با مرحله پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر عبارت بود از کلیه مادران دارای فرزند کنکوری در سال 1402 بود. به منظور انتخاب نمونه از بین این مادران 60 مادر به شکل در دسترس انتخاب شدند سپس این مادران در سه گروه پژوهش (گروه بستهی اموزشی مدیریت اضطراب، گروه آموزش پذیرش و تعهد و گروه کنترل) گمارش شدند (هر گروه بیست نفر). هر دو گروه آزمایشی در حالیکه گروه گواه در لیست انتظار یود گروههای آزمایشی مداخلههای آموزشی را دریافت کردند. هر سه گروه در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری توسط ابزارهایی پژوهش ارزیابی شذند. این ابزارها عبارت بودند از انطباقپذیری (یوسفی و همکاران، 2011)، جهتگیری والدگری (صادقی و همکاران، 1400) و نشخوارهای فکری والدگری (یوسفی و همکاران، 1388). برای تجزیه تحلیل دادههای از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش بر بهبود متغیرهای وابسته موثر بودهاند به جز روش مدیریت اضطراب که بر جهتگیری والدگری اثر معنادار نداشته است. بین اثربخشی دو روش بر انطباقپذیری والدگری و نشخوارهای فکری والدگری تفاوت معنادری نبود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به این یافته های پیشنهاد میشود مشاوران مدرسه از این روشها برای بهبود انطباقپذیری والدگری و نشخوارهای فکری والدگری بهره ببرند.
