مدل یابی بخشش بر اساس هوش اخلاقی، هوش معنوی و رشد اجتماعی با میانجیگری احساس گناه در دانشجویان

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مدل یابی بخشش بر اساس هوش اخلاقی، هوش معنوی و رشد اجتماعی با میانجیگری احساس گناه بوده است.
روششناسی: جامعه آماری پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر، شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به تعداد 10000 دانشجو که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 در دانشگاه مشغول تحصیل بودهاند. تعداد نمونه آماری این پژوهش (24*20)، 480 نفر از دانشجویان در نظر گرفته شده است. برای جمعآوری دادههای موردنیاز از مطالعات کتابخانهای و میدانی استفاده شده است.ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه هوش معنوی عبدالله زاده (1387)، هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2005)، رشد اجتماعی وایلند (1953)، بخشش هارتلند (2005)، احساس گناه گوکلر و جونز (1988) بوده است. آزمونهای مورد استفاده شامل تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، نیکویی برازش، ضرایب مسیر و معنیداری، شاخصهای نیکویی برازش، آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و شاخصهای نیکویی برازش بود.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داده است: بین هوش اخلاقی، هوش معنوی و رشد اجتماعی با احساس گناه رابطه منفی وجود دارد. بین هوش اخلاقی، هوش معنوی و رشد اجتماعی با بخشش رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. بین احساس گناه با بخشش رابطه مثبت وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که هوش اخلاقی، هوش معنوی و رشد اجتماعی به طور مثبت بر بخشش تأثیر دارند، در حالی که احساس گناه نقش میانجی در این رابطه ایفا میکند.
