چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی تمرینات هاتایوگا بر میزان اضطراب فراگیر، اضطراب وجودی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان در آقایان 30 تا 50 سال ورزشکار و غیرورزشکار شهر کرمانشاه بود.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی با روش پیش آزمون- پس آزمون- پیگیری 2 ماهه همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیۀ آقایان 30 تا 50 سالی است که در زمستان سال 1402 در کلاسهای یوگای شهر کرمانشاه ثبت نام کرده­ بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 45 نفر از افراد جامعه، که به روش نمونه­گیری دردسترس انتخاب شد و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل جایگزین شد. شرکت­کنندگان جهت پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون و پیگیری به پرسشنامه‌های اضطراب فراگیر اسپیتزر و همکاران (2006)، پرسشنامه اضطراب وجودی لارنس گود (1974) پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی گروس و جان (2003) پاسخ دادند. شرکت کنندگان گروه­آزمایش تمرینات هاتا یوگا به مدت 8 جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه­ای و به صورت هفته­ای یک جلسه تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 27 تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تمرینات هاتا یوگا در طول زمان پس­آزمون و پیگیری منجر به بهبودی اضطراب فراگیر، اضطراب وجودی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان در آقایان 30 تا 50 سال ورزشکار و غیرورزشکار شهر کرمانشاه شده است (05/0P<).

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج می­توان گفت تمرینات هاتا یوگا از رویکردهای مؤثر در بهبودی اضطراب فراگیر و اضطراب وجودی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان می­باشد.
