بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی بر افسردگی و احساس تنهایی در کودکان دچار اختلال نارساخوانی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی بر کاهش افسردگی و احساس تنهایی در کودکان دچار اختلال نارساخوانی است.

روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان مقطع ابتدایی دچار اختلال نارساخوانی در نیمه اول سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰-۱۴۰۱ می‌باشد. از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در دسترس، ۳۰ کودک انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد افسردگی و احساس تنهایی بود. گروه آزمایش به مدت ۸ جلسه بازی‌درمانی دریافت کردند، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری مناسب انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بازی‌درمانی تأثیر معناداری بر کاهش افسردگی و احساس تنهایی در کودکان دچار اختلال نارساخوانی دارد. نتایج پیگیری دوماهه نیز نشان داد که تأثیرات مثبت بازی‌درمانی در طول زمان پایدار بوده است.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان‌دهنده اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی به‌عنوان یک روش مداخله‌ای مؤثر برای بهبود شرایط روان‌شناختی کودکان دچار اختلال نارساخوانی است. این مداخله می‌تواند به‌عنوان بخشی از برنامه‌های درمانی در حوزه اختلالات یادگیری و روان‌شناختی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. پیشنهاد می‌شود که تحقیقات آینده به بررسی تأثیرات طولانی‌مدت این روش و استفاده از آن در سایر گروه‌های سنی و اختلالات مرتبط بپردازند.
