تعیین کننده های روانی- اجتماعی قلدری سایبری در اوایل بزرگسالی:  نقش سواد رسانه ای و خود افشایی آنلاین

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به گسترش اینترنت و شبکه­ های اجتماعی، افراد زیادی به ویژه نوجوانان و جوانان زمان زیادی را صرف استفاده از این فناوری­ها می­کنند. در چنین شرایطی، اخیراً قلدری سایبری به عنوان یک نگرانی جدی در حوزه سلامت روانی-اجتماعی ظهور پیدا کرده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف پیش­بینی قلدری سایبری دانشجویان بر اساس مؤلفه ­های سوادِ رسانه­ای و خودافشایی آنلاین انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را دانشجویان دانشگاه بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 (12000 نفر) تشکیل دادند. از این تعداد، 398 نفر به روش نمونه­ گیری در دسترس در مطالعه شرکت کردند. جمع­آوری داده­ ها از طریق مقیاس­ه ای قلدری و قربانی ­سایبری (لام و لی، ۲۰۱۱)، خودافشایی آنلاین (والکنبرگ و پیتر، ۲۰۰۷) و پرسشنامۀ سواد رسانه‌ای (فلسفی، 2015) صورت گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها با روش­های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون به شیوه همزمان از نرم ­افزار SPSS نسخه 26 استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی منفی و معناداری بین درک محتوای پیام­های رسانه­ای و گزینش آگاهانه با قلدری سایبری وجود داشت (P<0.01). ارتباط میان خودافشایی عمیق و قربانی شدن سایبری نیز مثبت و معنادار بود (P<0.05). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان ­داد که خودافشایی آنلاین و مؤلفه ­های سواد رسانه­ای (به جز تحلیل پیام­های رسانه)، پیش ­بینی کنندۀ معنادار قلدری سایبری بودند (P<0.01) .

نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، آموزش مهارت­های سوادِ رسانه­ ای و مدیریت خودافشایی در فضای مجازی توسط متخصصین روان­شناسی و علوم ارتباطات، نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از قلدری سایبری ایفا می­کند.
