اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی شفقتمحور بر سلامت روانشناختی و ناگویی خلقی در زنان مبتلا به ناسازگاری زناشویی

زمینه و هدف: زنان مبتلا به ناسازگاری زناشویی با مشکلهایی در زمینه سلامت روانشناختی و ناگویی خلقی مواجه هستند. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی شفقتمحور بر سلامت روانشناختی و ناگویی خلقی در زنان مبتلا به ناسازگاری زناشویی بود.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش زنان مبتلا به ناسازگاری زناشویی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اهواز در فصل بهار سال 1403 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 40 نفر بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفری جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای (هفتهای یک جلسه) تحت آموزش ذهنآگاهی شفقتمحور قرار گرفت و در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس سلامت روانشناختی (نجاریان و داودی، 1380)، مقیاس ناگویی خلقی (بگبی و همکاران، 1994) و مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی (اسپانیر، 1976) بودند و دادههای آن با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 24 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروههای آزمایش و کنترل در هر دو متغیر سلامت روانشناختی و ناگویی خلقی تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر، آموزش ذهنآگاهی شفقتمحور باعث افزایش سلامت روانشناختی و کاهش ناگویی خلقی در زنان مبتلا به ناسازگاری زناشویی شد (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج این مطالعه یعنی اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی شفقتمحور باعث افزایش سلامت روانشناختی و کاهش ناگویی خلقی در زنان مبتلا به ناسازگاری زناشویی، درمانگران و متخصصان سلامت میتوانند از روش آموزش ذهنآگاهی شفقتمحور در کنار سایر روشهای آموزشی موثر جهت بهبود سلامت روانشناختی و ناگویی خلقی استفاده کنند.
