اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر بهبودی بر نشانههای افسردگی و ارتباط بینفردی بیماران با اختلال اسکیزوفرنی

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر بهبودی بر نشانههای افسردگی و ارتباط بینفردی بیماران با اختلال اسکیزوفرنی بود.
مواد و روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه بیماران اسکیزوفرنی بستری در مراکز شبانه-روزی اعصاب و روان شهرستان تهران در سال 1402 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر (15 نفر گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر گروه گواه) از جامعه آماری به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و در دو گروه گواه و آزمایش جایگماری شدند. برای گروه آزمایشی، درمان شناختی مبتنی بر بهبودی اجرا شد در حالیکه گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار باقی ماندند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی (بک، 1987) و پرسشنامه مهارت ارتباط بینفردی (منجمیزاده، 1391) بود.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر بهبودی بر به نشانههای افسردگی و ارتباط بین-فردی در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری تاثیر معنیدار داشته است.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این پژوهش اطلاعات مفیدی را در ارتباط با درمان شناختی مبتنی بر بهبودی فراهم میکند و روانشناسان و روانپزشکان میتوانند برای بهبود نشانههای افسردگی و ارتباط بینفردی در بیماران با اختلال اسکیزوفرنی از این مداخله استفاده نمایند.
