بررسی شفقتدرمانی (CFT) بر احساس گناه بازمانده و بهزیستی روانشناختی با نقش واسطهای بخشش خود در سالمندان دچار ترومای ناشی از جنگ

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت (CFT) بر کاهش احساس گناه بازمانده و ارتقای بهزیستی روانشناختی با تبیین نقش واسطهای بخشش خود در سالمندان مواجه شده با ترومای ناشی از جنگ انجام شد. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل سالمندان زن ساکن شهر کرمان در فروردینماه ۱۴۰۵ بود که تجربه ترومای ناشی از نبرد رمضان را داشتند. تعداد ۳۰ نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی هشت جلسه تحت درمان متمرکز بر شفقت قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار باقی ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه احساس گناه بازمانده، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف و زیرمقیاس بخشش خود هارتلند بود. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و تحلیل مسیر در نرمافزار SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد که اثر زمان، گروه و تعامل زمان و گروه بر متغیرهای احساس گناه بازمانده، بهزیستی روانشناختی و بخشش خود معنادار است (001/0>P). یافتهها نشان دادند که شفقتدرمانی موجب کاهش معنادار احساس گناه بازمانده و افزایش معنادار بهزیستی روانشناختی و بخشش خود در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که بخشش خود نقش واسطهای معناداری در رابطه بین شفقتدرمانی و کاهش احساس گناه بازمانده (36/0=β غیرمستقیم) و نیز در رابطه بین شفقتدرمانی و افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی (48/0=β غیرمستقیم) ایفا میکند. پایداری نتایج در مرحله پیگیری نیز تأیید شد. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، درمان متمرکز بر شفقت با تقویت فرآیند بخشش خود، رویکردی اثربخش برای کاهش پیامدهای روانشناختی ناشی از ترومای جنگ در سالمندان محسوب میشود. این مداخله توانست از طریق کاهش خودسرزنشگری و افزایش نگرش مهربانانه نسبت به خویشتن، احساس گناه بازمانده را کاهش داده و سطح بهزیستی روانشناختی سالمندان را ارتقا دهد.
