تحلیل اهمیت اختلال‌های خلقی دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا در آموزش ویژه به روش یادگیری ماشین

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تحلیل نقش و اهمیت اختلال‌های خلقی در پیش‌بینی وضعیت آموزشی دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا در نظام آموزش ویژه شهر تهران با استفاده از الگوریتم‌های یادگیری ماشین است. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کمی تحلیلی است و بر روی ۲۱۰ دانش‌آموز کم‌شنوا شاغل به تحصیل در مدارس آموزش ویژه شهر تهران انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد سنجش افسردگی، اضطراب، ناپایداری خلق، کناره‌گیری اجتماعی، گزارش معلمان از مشکلات هیجانی و شاخص‌های عملکرد تحصیلی گردآوری شد. پس از پیش‌پردازش داده‌ها، چهار الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین شامل درخت تصمیم، ماشین بردار پشتیبان، جنگل تصادفی و شبکه عصبی چندلایه اجرا و عملکرد آن‌ها با شاخص‌های دقت، حساسیت، F1 و AUC ارزیابی گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مدل جنگل تصادفی بالاترین دقت پیش‌بینی را در شناسایی دانش‌آموزان در معرض افت آموزشی مرتبط با اختلال‌های خلقی داراست (Accuracy=0.88, AUC=0.93). تحلیل اهمیت ویژگی‌ها نشان داد افسردگی، اضطراب و ناپایداری خلق قوی‌ترین پیش‌بین‌های افت تحصیلی بوده و سهم متغیرهای هیجانی به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از شدت کم‌شنوایی است. نتیجه‌گیری: اختلال‌های خلقی مهم‌ترین عامل تبیین‌کننده وضعیت آموزشی دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا هستند و به‌کارگیری مدل‌های یادگیری ماشین امکان شناسایی زودهنگام دانش‌آموزان پرخطر و طراحی مداخلات آموزشی–روان‌شناختی هدفمند را فراهم می‌سازد.
