ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه بحران خودکشی-۲ در جمعیت غیربالینی ایرانی

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی پایایی و روایی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه بحران خودکشی-۲ (SCI-2) در جمعیت غیربالینی ایرانی بود. روششناسی: این مطالعه توصیفی–همبستگی بر روی ۶۵۱ فرد بالای ۱۸ سال ساکن استان تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳–۱۴۰۴ انجام شد که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. فرایند بومیسازی شامل ترجمه، بازترجمه، بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی و اجرای آزمایشی بود. ابزارها شامل SCI-2، مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک (BSSI)، پرسشنامه سلامت بیمار (PHQ-9) و مقیاس اختلال اضطراب فراگیر (GAD-7) بودند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب همبستگی درونکلاسی (ICC) و همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد همسانی درونی پرسشنامه بسیار بالا بود (α=0.98) و ضرایب آلفای زیرمقیاسها بین 0.85 تا 0.95 متغیر بودند. پایایی بازآزمایی در فاصله یکماهه بسیار مطلوب بهدست آمد (ICC=0.99، p<0.001). همچنین، همبستگیهای مثبت و معنادار بین نمره کل SCI-2 و افکار خودکشی، افسردگی و اضطراب مشاهده شد (r=0.50 تا 0.81، p<0.01) که بیانگر روایی همگرای مطلوب ابزار است. نتیجهگیری: نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه بحران خودکشی-۲ از پایایی و روایی بسیار مطلوبی برخوردار است و میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری معتبر برای غربالگری، پژوهشهای بالینی و برنامههای پیشگیری از خودکشی در ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
