اثربخشی بسته مداخله روانی-تربیتی هوش سیال ماهر بر نظم جویی هیجانی شناختی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیش فعالی

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی بسته مداخله روانی-تربیتی هوش سیال ماهر بر بهبود نظمجویی شناختی هیجانی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بیشفعالی (ADHD) بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل پسران 10 تا 12 ساله مبتلا به ADHD بود که به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی ویژه کودکان شهر تهران در نیمه اول سال 1402 مراجعه کرده بودند. از این جامعه، 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل مقیاس مشکلات رفتاری کودکان کانرز- فرم والد (CPRCBP) و پرسشنامه نظمجویی شناختی هیجان- فرم کودکان (CERQ-K-P) بود. گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 45 دقیقهای به شیوه گروهی تحت مداخله قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل در انتظار ماند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) نشان داد که بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در افزایش راهبردهای سازگارانه نظمجویی شناختی هیجانِ تمرکز مجدد مثبت و تمرکز مجدد بر برنامهریزی و کاهش راهبردهای ناسازگارانه تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد (p<0.05). با این حال، تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه از لحاظ راهبردهای سازگارانه پذیرش، ارزیابی مجدد مثبت و دیدگاهپذیری مشاهده نشد (p>0.05).
نتیجهگیری: بسته مداخله روانی-تربیتی هوش سیال ماهر میتواند به طور موثری به بهبود تنظیم هیجانی و عملکرد شناختی کودکان مبتلا به ADHD کمک کند. این مداخله با تقویت هوش سیال و حافظه کاری به کودکان کمک میکند تا بهتر با چالشهای مرتبط با این اختلال مواجه شوند و تنظیم هیجانی بهتری داشته باشند.
