مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و درمان شفقت متمرکز بر خود بر افسردگی و ناگویی هیجانی مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و درمان شفقتمحور بر افسردگی و ناگویی هیجانی مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر بود.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر در شهر اراک بود که ۴۵ نفر با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه ۱۵ نفری (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل) جایگذاری شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو بود. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو مداخله (MBSR و CFT) در کاهش افسردگی و ناگویی هیجانی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل مؤثر بودند (P<0.001). با این حال، در کاهش افسردگی، درمان شفقتمحور مؤثرتر از MBSR عمل کرد، در حالیکه در کاهش ناگویی هیجانی، برنامه ذهنآگاهی تأثیر معنادارتری نسبت به روش شفقتمحور داشت. این اثربخشی در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار ماند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که هر دو روش درمانی میتوانند به بهبود شاخصهای روانشناختی مراقبین سالمندان آلزایمری کمک کنند، اما انتخاب روش درمانی باید بر اساس ویژگیهای هیجانی و شناختی افراد انجام گیرد. MBSR برای کاهش ناگویی هیجانی و CFT برای افسردگی مؤثرتر است.
