اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اضطراب قلبی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در بیماران مبتلا به عروق کرونر قلب دارای سابقه خانوادگی بیماری قلبی

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش اضطراب قلبی و افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب دارای سابقه خانوادگی بیماری قلبی انجام شد. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب دارای سابقه خانوادگی بیماری قلبی مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان امام حسین(ع) بود. از میان افراد واجد شرایط، ۳۰ بیمار به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و سپس بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر گروه ۱۵ نفر، جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی هشت جلسه تحت مداخله درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفت، در حالی که گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب قلبی و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل، نسخه دوم، بود. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای پیشفرض آماری و تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج آزمونهای چندمتغیری نشان داد اثر زمان بر متغیرهای پژوهش معنادار است و مقدار مجذور اتا برای اثر زمان 0.813 به دست آمد. همچنین، اثر تعاملی زمان و گروه معنادار بود و مجذور اتا برابر با 0.780 گزارش شد. نتایج تحلیل اثرات درونگروهی و بینگروهی نشان داد اثر گروه، اثر زمان و اثر تعاملی زمان × گروه برای اضطراب قلبی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی معنادار است. آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی نیز نشان داد تفاوت بین پیشآزمون با پسآزمون و پیشآزمون با پیگیری در هر دو متغیر معنادار است. نتیجهگیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد میتواند بهعنوان یک مداخله روانشناختی مکمل، موجب کاهش اضطراب قلبی و افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب دارای سابقه خانوادگی شود.
