مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بهزیستی روانشناختی در سالمندان: نقش میانجی اضطراب مرگ در رابطه میان خرد و آشیانه خالی

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بهزیستی روانشناختی در سالمندان بر اساس خرد و سندرم آشیانه خالی با نقش میانجی اضطراب مرگ انجام شد. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی-همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل سالمندان 60 تا 75 سال شهر تهران در سال 1404 بود که از میان آنان 200 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (فرم کوتاه)، مقیاس سه‌بعدی خرد آردلت، مقیاس اضطراب مرگ تمپلر و پرسشنامه سندرم آشیانه خالی جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-26 و AMOS-26 در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. برای آزمون مدل ساختاری از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و برای بررسی اثرات میانجی از روش بوت‌استرپ با 5000 بازنمونه‌گیری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که خرد اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی داشت (β=0.28, p<0.001)، در حالی که سندرم آشیانه خالی (β=-0.21, p=0.013) و اضطراب مرگ (β=-0.60, p<0.001) اثر مستقیم منفی و معناداری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی داشتند. همچنین خرد اثر منفی و معناداری بر اضطراب مرگ (β=-0.18, p<0.001) و سندرم آشیانه خالی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر اضطراب مرگ (β=0.22, p<0.001) نشان داد. نتایج بوت‌استرپ نیز بیانگر معناداری اثرات غیرمستقیم خرد (β=0.11, p<0.001) و سندرم آشیانه خالی (β=-0.13, p=0.003) بر بهزیستی روانشناختی از طریق اضطراب مرگ بود. علاوه بر این، شاخص‌های برازش مدل (CFI=0.98، GFI=0.96، IFI=0.98، RMSEA=0.07 و χ²/df=2.16) برازش مطلوب مدل پیشنهادی را تأیید کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که خرد به عنوان یک عامل محافظت‌کننده و سندرم آشیانه خالی به عنوان یک عامل خطر در تبیین بهزیستی روانشناختی سالمندان نقش دارند و اضطراب مرگ یکی از مهم‌ترین سازوکارهای روانشناختی مؤثر در این روابط است. بنابراین، مداخلات مبتنی بر ارتقای خرد و کاهش اضطراب مرگ می‌توانند در بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی سالمندان مؤثر باشند.
