برازش مدل فردگرایی و جمع‌گرایی افقی–عمودی با همدلی در درمانگران سلامت روان با نقش میانجی ذهنی‌سازی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی برازش مدل ساختاری رابطه بین ابعاد فردگرایی و جمع‌گرایی افقی–عمودی با همدلی در درمانگران سلامت روان با نقش میانجی ذهنی‌سازی بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر روش توصیفی–همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل 991 درمانگر سلامت روان عضو سازمان نظام روان‌شناسی در شهر تهران بود که از میان آنان 280 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی نظام‌مند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه همدلی جولیف و فارینگتون (2006)، مقیاس فردگرایی–جمع‌گرایی افقی–عمودی سیواداس و همکاران (2008) و پرسشنامه ذهنی‌سازی فوناگی (2018) گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از شاخص‌های توصیفی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که فردگرایی و جمع‌گرایی افقی–عمودی اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر همدلی داشتند (β=0.45, p=0.001). همچنین ذهنی‌سازی دارای اثر مستقیم مثبت و معنادار بر همدلی بود (β=0.36, p=0.001). افزون بر این، فردگرایی و جمع‌گرایی افقی–عمودی اثر مستقیم معناداری بر ذهنی‌سازی نشان دادند (β=0.58, p=0.001). نتایج آزمون بوت‌استرپ بیانگر نقش میانجی مثبت و معنادار ذهنی‌سازی در رابطه بین متغیرهای فرهنگی و همدلی بود (B=0.128, p=0.021). شاخص‌های برازش مدل (χ²/df=2.29، RMSEA=0.053، GFI=0.96، CFI=0.99، AGFI=0.88) حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که ابعاد فردگرایی و جمع‌گرایی افقی–عمودی، به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از طریق ذهنی‌سازی، نقش مهمی در تقویت همدلی درمانگران دارند و ارتقاء ظرفیت ذهنی‌سازی می‌تواند مسیر تبدیل گرایش‌های فرهنگی به رفتارهای همدلانه را تسهیل کند.
