تدوین و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی ارتقای کیفیت زندگی سالمندان به روش سنتزپژوهی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تدوین و اعتباریابی یک بسته آموزشی جامع برای ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و سلامت جسمی و روانی سالمندان بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش با طرح ترکیبی انجام شد؛ در بخش کیفی، فراترکیب نظام‌مند مطالعات منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۴ انجام گرفت و داده‌ها با تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند؛ در بخش کمی، اعتبار محتوایی بسته آموزشی با استفاده از روش لاوشه و ارزیابی توافق متخصصان از طریق ضریب کاپای کوهن بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج استنباطی نشان داد بسته آموزشی نهایی دارای ساختار ۱۰ جلسه‌ای با تمرکز بر روابط اجتماعی، فعالیت بدنی، تغذیه سالم، بهداشت خواب، پیشگیری از سقوط، تقویت شناخت، معنویت، استفاده از فناوری، تنظیم هیجانات و برنامه‌ریزی آینده است و شاخص‌های توافق متخصصان حاکی از اعتبار بالای ساختار، محتوا و کفایت زمانی مداخله بود. نتیجه‌گیری: این بسته آموزشی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک مداخله غیردارویی، پیشگیرانه و کاربردی در مراکز سالمندی و نظام مراقبت سلامت برای ارتقای پایدار کیفیت زندگی سالمندان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
