مقایسه اثربخشی درمانشناختی-رفتاری توام با خودشفقتگری همراه با فعالیتهایشناختی-حرکتی و مداخله شناختی-حرکتی بهتنهایی بر اضطرابمرگ و ادراکپیری سالمندان

زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری توام با خودشفقت گری همراه با فعالیت های شناختی حرکتی حرکتی بر اضطراب مرگ و ادراک پیری سالمندان بود.
مواد و روش: روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون، با گروه کنترل همراه با دوره پیگیری بود. بدین منظورنمونهای متشکل از 42 نفر(21 زن و 21مرد) بالای 60 سال ساکن شهرمشهد در سال 1400 که ملاکهای ورودی را برآورده کردند، انتخاب و پس از گمارش تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش اول(با مداخله درمان شناختی رفتاری توام با خودشفقت گری همراه با فعالیتهای شناختی حرکتی)؛ گروه آزمایش دوم( با مداخله مبتنی برفعالیتهای شناختی حرکتی به تنهایی) وگروه کنترل (بدون هیچگونه مداخله) در 18 جلسه 90 دقیقهای طی 9 هفته تحت مداخلات ذکرشده قرارگرفتند. دادههای حاصل از پرسشنامه اضطراب مرگ تمپلر وهمکاران (1970) و پرسشنامه ادراک پیری اسلاتمن و همکاران(2017) از طریق نرم افزارآماریSPSS و با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره با اندازهگیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشانداد که درمورد هردو متغیراضطراب مرگ و ادراکپیری، بین دوگروه آزمایش با گروه کنترل، درهردو زمان پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنادارشده، اما تفاوت میان دو گروه آزمایش، معنادار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد درمان شناختی-رفتاری توام با خودشفقتگری همراه با فعالیتهایشناختی-حرکتی و همچنین مداخله شناختی-حرکتی بهتنهایی، را میتوان برای کاهش افسردگی مرگ و بهبود ادراک از پیری سالمندان و درجهت ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و تدوین برنامههای آموزشی مناسب آنها بکار گرفت.
