اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی بر سرعت پردازش و برنامهریزی سازماندهی در پسران دارای اختلال ریاضی مقطع ابتدایی

زمینه و هدف: اختلال ریاضی میتواند باعث افت سرعت پردازش و برنامهریزی سازماندهی در دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی شود. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه، تعیین اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی بر سرعت پردازش و برنامهریزی سازماندهی در پسران دارای اختلال ریاضی مقطع ابتدایی بود.
مواد و روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف جزء پژوهشهای کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا جزء پژوهشهای نیمهآزمایشی با گروههای آزمایش و کنترل و با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه مطالعه پسران دارای اختلال ریاضی مقطع ابتدایی شهر تهران بودند که تعداد 30 نفر از آنها با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 60 دقیقهای تحت آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی قرار گرفت و در این مدت گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل آزمون سرعت پردازش (Oswald and Roth, 1978) و آزمون برج لندن (Shallice, 1982) بودند. دادههای این مطالعه با روشهای تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرمافزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که بین گروههای آزمایش و کنترل از نظر سرعت پردازش و برنامهریزی سازماندهی در پسران دارای اختلال ریاضی مقطع ابتدایی تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (001/0P>). به عبارت دیگر، آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی باعث افزایش سرعت پردازش و برنامهریزی سازماندهی در پسران دارای اختلال ریاضی مقطع ابتدایی شد و نتایج در مرحله پیگیری نیز حفظ شد (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این مطالعه، میتوان از روش آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی برای بهبود سرعت پردازش و برنامهریزی سازماندهی در مبتلایان به اختلال ریاضی استفاده کرد.
