Journal Article <p>Background and Aim: A baby is born into a family and begins its first interactions with the environment. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy and group narrative therapy on the cognitive emotion regulation of mothers of children with hearing impairments in Shahr-e Kord.</p> <p>Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included mothers of children with hearing impairments who referred to the SINA specialized education center for children with hearing impairments in Shahr-e Kord in 2018-2019. Their number was reported as 96. From the statistical population, 60 mothers were selected using convenience sampling and randomly assigned to three groups. The instruments used in this study were the Emotion Regulation Strategy Scale (2006), the Compassion-Focused Therapy protocol, which is a 12-session intervention based on Gilbert's (2010) treatment plan, and the Narrative Therapy protocol, which is a 12-session intervention based on Payne's (2004) protocol. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 23.</p> <p>Findings: The results showed that with the experimental intervention, positive and negative emotion regulation changed in the post-test phase, and this change continued in the follow-up phase. The F-value for positive emotion regulation (81.25 and 61.96) and negative emotion regulation (50.86 and 52.42) indicates that the linear and non-linear trend of participants' scores in different levels of positive and negative emotion regulation variables is not the same in the experimental and control groups.</p> <p>Conclusion: The results of data analysis showed that compassion-focused therapy had a significant effect on the test stages (pre-test, post-test, and follow-up) of positive and negative emotion regulation variables in mothers of children with hearing impairments. Compassion-focused therapy had a significant effect on positive and negative emotion regulation in mothers of children with hearing impairments. The findings also indicated that narrative therapy had a significant effect on positive and negative emotion regulation in mothers of children with hearing impairments.</p> <p><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> نوزاد در خانواده به دنیا می‌آید و اولین تعاملات خود را با محیط آغاز می‌کند. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و روایت درمانی گروهی بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی شهرستان شهرکرد بود.</p> <p><strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون همراه با پیگیری سه ماهه با گروه گواه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل مادران کودکان مبتلا به آسیب شنوایی که در سال 1398-1397 به مرکزآموزش ویژه کودکان مبتلا به آسیب شنوایی سینا شهرکرد مراجعه کرده­اند بودند که تعداد آنها 96 نفر اعلام شد. از بین جامعه آماری با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 60 مادر انتخاب و در سه گروه به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند.  ابزار به کار رفته در این پژوهش مقياس راهبردهاي تنظيم شناختي هيجان (2006)، پروتکل درمان مبتنی بر شفقت که مداخله 12 جلسه­ای است و مبتنی بر طرح درمانی گیلبرت (2010) تهیه شده است و پروتکل روایت درمانی که مداخله 12 جلسه­ای است و مبتنی بر پروتکل پاین (2004) تهیه شده است. داده­ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.</p> <p><strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که با مداخله آزمایشی تنظیم هیجان مثبت و منفی در مرحله پس‌آزمون تغییر یافته و در مرحله‌ی پیگیری نیز این تغیر ادامه شده است. مقدار F برای تنظیم هیجان مثبت (25/81 و 96/61) و تنظیم هیجان منفی (86/50 و 42/52) نشان می‌دهد که روند خطی و غیرخطی نمره‌ی آزمودنی‌ها در سطوح گوناگون متغیرهای تنظیم هیجان مثبت و منفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه یکسان نیست.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج حاصل از تجریه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر شفقت تاثیر معناداری بر مراحل آزمون (پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری) متغیرهای تنظیم هیجان مثبت و منفی مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی داشته است. درمان مبتنی بر شفقت تاثیر معناداری بر تنظیم هیجان مثبت و منفی مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی داشته است. همچنین یافته ها بیانگر آن بود که روایت درمانی تاثیر معناداری بر تنظیم هیجانی مثبت و منفی مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی داشته است.</p> https://maherpub.com/index.php/pdmd/article/download/782/596
