The statistical population consisted of all second-cycle high school students in Dezful during the 2024–2025 academic year. A total of 300 students were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (BSSI), the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28), the Weiss Social Support Questionnaire, and the Lazarus and Folkman Coping Styles Questionnaire. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS version 26, including Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and path analysis.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>Results revealed a significant negative correlation between mental health and suicidal ideation (r = -0.56, p &lt; 0.01). Social support was also negatively associated with suicidal ideation (r = -0.48, p &lt; 0.01). Problem-focused coping showed a significant negative relationship with suicidal ideation (r = -0.42, p &lt; 0.01), whereas emotion-focused coping demonstrated a positive and significant association (r = 0.39, p &lt; 0.01). The interaction between mental health and social support was significant (β = -0.21, p &lt; 0.01), indicating a moderating effect. Path analysis confirmed the mediating role of coping styles.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Mental health, perceived social support, and adaptive coping strategies function interactively in reducing suicidal ideation among adolescents, highlighting the importance of multidimensional school-based prevention programs.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین افکار خودکشی و سلامت روان با تأکید بر نقش تعدیل‌کننده حمایت اجتماعی و نقش میانجی‌گر سبک‌های مقابله‌ای در دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم انجام شد. <strong>روش‌شناسی: </strong>پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم شهرستان دزفول در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳–۱۴۰۴ بود که از میان آن‌ها ۳۰۰ نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک (BSSI)، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ (GHQ-28)، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی واکس و همکاران و پرسشنامه سبک‌های مقابله‌ای لازاروس و فولکمن بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ و از طریق همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر تحلیل شدند. <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد بین سلامت روان و افکار خودکشی رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (r = -0.56, p &lt; 0.01). همچنین حمایت اجتماعی با افکار خودکشی رابطه منفی و معنادار داشت (r = -0.48, p &lt; 0.01). سبک مقابله مسأله‌محور با افکار خودکشی رابطه منفی (r = -0.42, p &lt; 0.01) و سبک هیجان‌محور رابطه مثبت و معنادار نشان داد (r = 0.39, p &lt; 0.01). اثر تعاملی سلامت روان و حمایت اجتماعی معنادار بود (β = -0.21, p &lt; 0.01). تحلیل مسیر نیز نقش میانجی‌گری سبک‌های مقابله‌ای را تأیید کرد. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>سلامت روان، حمایت اجتماعی و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای سازگارانه به‌صورت تعاملی در کاهش افکار خودکشی دانش‌آموزان نقش دارند و تقویت این عوامل می‌تواند راهبردی مؤثر در پیشگیری مدرسه‌محور از خودکشی باشد.</p> https://maherpub.com/index.php/pdmd/article/download/716/744
