Journal Article 1404 01 10 <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of emotional memory in the causal relationship between complex trauma experience and anxiety sensitivity with psychological well-being in students.</p> <p><strong>Methodology: </strong>This descriptive-correlational study employed a structural equation modeling design. A total of 350 university students from Tehran participated through convenience sampling during the 2023–2024 academic year. Data were collected using the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (2003), the 16-item Anxiety Sensitivity Index (2005), the 25-item Emotional Processing Scale (2007), and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale (1988). Data were analyzed using AMOS 24 with the maximum likelihood estimation method.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>Structural path analysis revealed that both complex trauma and anxiety sensitivity had significant negative direct effects on psychological well-being. Emotional memory significantly mediated these relationships. The indirect paths were also statistically significant, indicating that emotional memory modulated the negative impacts of trauma and anxiety sensitivity. The modified model showed acceptable goodness-of-fit indices, explaining 53% of the variance in psychological well-being among students.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Emotional memory plays a central mediating role in explaining how complex trauma and anxiety sensitivity influence psychological well-being. These findings underscore the importance of addressing maladaptive emotional memory through therapeutic interventions to enhance the psychological health of university students.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی حافظه هیجانی در رابطه علی بین تجربه ترومای پیچیده و حساسیت اضطرابی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در دانشجویان بود. <strong>روش‌شناسی: </strong>این پژوهش به روش توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. 350 دانشجوی دانشگاه‌های تهران در سال تحصیلی 1403–1402 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده شامل پرسشنامه ترومای دوران کودکی، مقیاس حساسیت اضطرابی، مقیاس حافظه هیجانی، و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS 24 تحلیل شدند. <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که تجربه ترومای پیچیده و حساسیت اضطرابی هر دو به‌صورت مستقیم تأثیر منفی معناداری بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دارند. حافظه هیجانی به‌طور معناداری این روابط را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. مسیرهای غیرمستقیم نیز معنادار بودند، به‌طوری‌که حافظه هیجانی رابطه بین ترومای پیچیده و حساسیت اضطرابی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی را تعدیل می‌کرد. مدل اصلاح‌شده از برازش قابل قبولی برخوردار بود و 53 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی را تبیین کرد. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>حافظه هیجانی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک سازوکار کلیدی در توضیح اثرات روان‌شناختی ترومای پیچیده و حساسیت اضطرابی بر بهزیستی روانی در نظر گرفته شود. نتایج پژوهش بر لزوم استفاده از مداخلات مبتنی بر اصلاح و پردازش حافظه هیجانی در جهت ارتقای سلامت روان دانشجویان تأکید دارد.</p> https://maherpub.com/index.php/pdmd/article/download/450/410
